Pros": We got excellent value for our money at this hotel. The room was clean and had all the necessary utilities, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach. The staff were very helpful and check-in was a breeze.

Cons": Hotel breakfast could have been better with more variety.

we liked every moment of our stay, just perfect experience. there was restaurant cafe pourquoi pas with coffee and goodies within 5 minutes walk. small balcony for further relaxation.

Great location, close to airport and driving distance to Nice and surrounding areas. Excellent beach and restaurant options. Good Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. Cheap parking available.

New-fashioned, cosy room with kitchen, good location. Setting near to several bars and restaurants, and private/public beaches. Btw, located right across from the beautiful sea. Perfect experience, would come here again.

A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a coffee machine, and a dining area were handy. No reason to complain, I had a perfect stay and would return here.

The room was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary amenities, including clean dishes. The bed was comfortable and the fridge was not noisy. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a minute or two walk to the beach. It was also convenient to have the train station and bus station within walking distance, along with a supermarket and bakery nearby.

Finding parking was quite difficult as there were limited free spots in the area. Communication with the owners was nearly impossible, which made it challenging to address any issues.

Location very close to the beach. 5 minutes walk to Plage le Cigalon...

Enjoy the recreation opportunities such as bicycles to rent or make use of other amenities including complimentary wireless internet access. I felt like a pro cyclist exploring the beautiful city on wheels!

Parking is very hard.

Enjoy a wonderful stay with plenty of recreational opportunities such as renting bicycles and exploring the surroundings through activities like hiking and snorkeling. The fully equipped kitchen in the air-conditioned rooms is a gem, allowing you to prepare delicious meals and enjoy them in the dining area with a view.

Small bathroom size.

the room was very clean, modern, and cozy. the big shower, good bed, and nice kitchen with cutlery, pots, and plates were great. Towels and toiletries were provided as well. the location right next to the beach was convenient and easily accessible by car. There was a small paid parking next to the building. the WiFi and TV worked fine. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the elderly playing petanque and locals enjoying drinks in the café downstairs from our window. a very pleasant stay and we would recommend it!

The location of the apartment was excellent, being close to the beach and various cafes and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and modern, equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The beds were comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water. Additionally, the instructions for collecting the keys were clear, and the stairs and security doors provided a sense of safety.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is right next to the beach. You can easily walk to the clean public beach in just 1 minute. The proximity to the beach allows for a pleasant and convenient stay, with the option to enjoy water activities and rent equipment. Additionally, there are great restaurants lining the promenade, offering a variety of dining options.

The communication with the owners is lacking, making it difficult to address any issues or concerns that may arise during the stay.

The location right on the beach is absolutely amazing - a dream come true! The apartment was spotlessly clean with all the necessary amenities and a comfortable bed. The area is vibrant with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Easy access to public transportation and a short drive to popular destinations. The Wi-Fi is strong, air-conditioning is perfect, and there is ample cheap parking available. The beach access is fantastic, and there are lots of activities like hiking, cycling, canoeing, fishing. The nearby restaurant offers delicious food, and there is even a private beach for added luxury. The staff is helpful and accommodating, providing a paid airport shuttle service. Furthermore, the flat-screen TV is a nice bonus for entertainment. It was a fantastic stay, and we can't wait to come back!

Amazing location just 50m from the beach, perfect for those wanting to be close to the ocean. Clean apartment with a small kitchen, ideal for short stays. New bathroom with an amazing shower. Easy check-in with a code and lockbox for the key. a great experience and would definitely stay again.

Felt like relaxing at home, nothing too much trouble.
